**About the Role**

We are looking for people who genuinely care and in return, we will provide you with an environment where you will feel supported and appreciated. You will provide safe, effective, quality and tailored care to our residents, which is consistent with HillView Care's mission. This will include but not be limited to: assisting residents with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, communication, eating, and mobility in accordance with the resident's nursing care plan.
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
- 12 month's experience working as an AIN within Aged Care, including experience with dementia residents
- Flexible to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable to change and enjoys working in a team environment
- Have permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship
- All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate
