As a skilled and compassionate nursing assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
We are seeking an experienced nursing assistant to join our team at HillView Aged Care. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and personalized care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, communication, eating, and mobility, in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or higher qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 12 months experience working as a qualified nurse aide within aged care, including experience caring for residents with dementia, is required.
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster is necessary.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are also highly valued.
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic team environment is essential.
- Possession of permanent Australian residency or citizenship is mandatory.
