Premium Care Services (PCS) is looking for energetic and passionate Disability Workers in the Healesville and surrounding areas to make a lasting difference in our clients' lives. Our client is a male Asian but prefers female Support Worker.

The role requires experienced professionals to join our specialised team of staff whose goal is to maintain a diverse range of participant-centred services - all designed to build a participant's capacity to engage with their communities. This can be within the home, social, educational, emotional and life skills area with outcomes to be in a safe, caring and supportive environment. The Disability can be required to do any of the following:
1. Community participation
- social activities, appointments

2. Personal care

3. Domestic assistance
- cooking/meal preparation and planning

PCS is an approved NDIS service provider and leading specialist provider of In Home and Community Support to people with disability. We pride ourselves on delivering person centred approach to enhance the quality of life for our Participants and their families. PCS offers disability services nationally where our Participants are matched with a Support Worker who is trained to focus on positive reinforcement, trust-building. PCS aims to achieve the participants' goals by engaging participants in one-on-one outing and group adventures in the community to ensure that the independence and lifestyle choices of all disability customers are valued and upheld. We strive to empower our Participants to live life as independently as possible and offer qualified support staff to work with our Participants, their families and carers. PCS provides one-on-one supervision to all its support workers.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
