**Job Description**:
As an HR Professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing our most valuable asset: our people. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of a highly skilled and motivated workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with NDIS regulations and support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partnering with managers to provide guidance and support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Overseeing the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in HR, preferably in the NDIS sector or a similar care-oriented industry.
- Sound knowledge of NDIS guidelines, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beaumaris, VIC 3193: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
