WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Nike Pacific has an awesome opportunity for a passionate Client Services Coach

You will be the face of Nike and the first point of contact for our Corporate, Community and Sport Partners. Reporting to the Head Coach you will build on new and existing Partner relationships, coordinate, create and execute the game plan for our Partners to get the most out of their visits to our Nike Company Store

There is accountability to assist the Head Coach with all in-store activities to achieve sales goals, expense management and customer service levels in accordance with Nike Retail standards.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Lead, coach and inspire the team
- Create and execute The Nike Company Store corporate plan end to end
- Ensure invitations for Partners to attend Store are extended in a timely manner
- Build on new and existing Partner relationships
- Provide a customer experience that is second to none

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
