If so, we want to hear from you As an Adviser Assistant, your focus will be to support a small team of Advisers and build strong relationships to support our client base - let's just say, you are the glue that brings it all together.

As a specialist within our Client Services team, you will have the autonomy to be responsible for your own tasks. Strong time management skills are a must, alongside of your chatty disposition.

Now, diving into the nitty gritty details, we need you to:

- Coordinate the assignment of tasks that require delegation to the broader Client Services team
- Act as an escalation point
- Assist Advisers in managing their Ongoing Fee Arrangement obligations and completing Corporate Action requests
- Monitor outcomes to client related tasks are complete within expected service levels
- Drive a same day service approach to satisfy the needs of clients
