Hybrid role, happy to talk flexible working.This is a parental leave cover role within QBE's Group Head Office People team, where you'll collaborate with regional counterparts across the enterprise to deliver our global talent strategy and ambitions.Your new role Lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people prioritiesAct as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablementDeliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiencesEnsure governance and compliance across global talent activitiesBuild strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholdersBring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practicesManage vendor relationships and ensure successful program deliveryUse data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvementChampion a high-performing global Talent Community of PracticeAbout you Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational developmentStrong stakeholder engagement and consulting skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionExcellent communication and storytelling skills across audiencesA passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinkingExperience managing complex programs and external partnershipsAbout QBE We are an international insurer with a resilient future and a vision of becoming the most consistent and innovative risk partner.
