We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Console Operator/Customer Service to join our team at Metro Store in South Windsor, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their needs
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organised store
- Answering customer inquiries and handling any complaints or issues
- Assisting with inventory management and other administrative tasks as required

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
