Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a complex retail setting
  • Understand customer needs and ensure they are met to the best of abilities
  • Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Prepare high-quality beverages using barista equipment
  • Complete cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping and refilling bathroom products

Key Requirements:

  • Maintain awareness of and ability to undertake emergency procedures
  • Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures
  • Adhere to defined work health and safety policies and procedures

Merchandise & Store Appearance:

  • Replenish shop stock in accordance with store operational procedures
  • Complete stock delivery activities in accordance with store operational and safety procedures
