Due to rapid growth and the expansion of the business, including an acquisition, we now need a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team on this exciting journey.

**Role duties and responsibilities;**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Deliver the retention efforts of the customer
- Support customers through renewal of their subscription
- Activate legacy customers to a path of upgrade
- Identify and refer opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
- Be a focal point for managing the customer lifecycle
- Work with clients to identify needs and be the voice of the client, driving feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Manage multiple internal relationships with Senior Managers, Executive and Service Team to drive a one team approach with clients and increase speed to value of products
- Maintain account portfolio and maintain continuous improvement, product adoption and increased usage (future state)
- Provide insight and indicators/ checks of client health

**To be successful you will have;**
- A proven track record of building strong client and internal stakeholder relationships across all levels within an organisation, plus managing senior stakeholder expectations
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence & drive behavioural change
- Understanding of end-to-end proptech solutions, and a background in Real Estate and Property Management (even as a consumer).
- Knowledge and experience in utilising Agentbox or Console - highly desirable
- Drive and hunger to succeed. Keep and grow your client base.

This role will be responsible initially for Agentbox products. In due course you will move to the other products in the Reapit suite being Agentpoint and Console.

Highly desirable but not essential would be your experience with SAAS CRM solutions. Experience in the Real Estate industry is viewed extremely favourably.
