This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that works closely with a few select developers to deliver some of Brisbane's most unique high rise towers.

Using an ECI model you will be engaged very early to help cost plan alongside Design Managers, Development Managers and Architects to create amazing buildings that are sustainable, innovative and show case what the best in Brisbane should look like.

**Take the time to get it right**

This is not a high volume churn and burn role, you will work on only 3-4 buildings a year, refining and creating realistic and accurate estimates and cost plans. This chance to do it right and properly is not often afforded in today's market and is highly valued.
