**Position Summary**:

- Test lead position requires knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software test solutions.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Overall 12+ years of experience in Test and Defect Management area as Test lead. Below are skills required.
- Experience in Rest API testing using POSTMAN/INSOMNIA, Microservice, SQL, JIRA, Bamboo, Pact Framework for Contract Testing, Zephyr, Confluence, Postman, Splunk, PCF MS VS code, Sauce-labs.
- Additional Skills - Telecom Domain, Test Automation, Test Data Management, Service Virtualization.

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Working with your squad, other teams, and business services to define and deliver a radically improved Digital experience for our customers.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers and participate in all agile ceremonies.
- Test lead to design and execute Test cases, Test scripts using Selenium - Integrated Test Automation Framework.
- Work with Feature teams at including Incident Management, Service Request Management, Network and Performance, Mobility, Order Tracker, and Live Chat features.
- Create new test data for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
- Design and create Automation Test scripts based on user stories.
- Participate in UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod/TVT/PVT activities for every release.
- Analyze Splunk and PCF logs and Dashboards.
- Handling ITAMs (Customer Incidents) to meet the SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and debug the Automation Test framework.
- Train and mentor various new team members and trainees.

**Salary Range: >**$100,000
