We are looking for an energetic & motivated receptionist/administration coordinator to join our team at our busy specialist practice in Camden.

This fast-paced role will involve managing a busy front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting our dental assistants and practitioners as well as general administration duties. Your time-management skills and wonderful way with people will be fully utilised in this exciting role. If you love dealing with people and thrive in a fast-paced working environment then this is the perfect opportunity for you
- Duties include but are not limited to: _
- Client liaison and office management duties
- Supervision and coordination of our team for maximum efficiency
- task delegation, rostering, training and hiring.
- Accounts management and bookkeeping
- EA duties for our Director
- Completing monthly reports and conducting meetings
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Interacting with patients and performing reception duties with a smile
- Contracts administration
- Coordination of patient care throughout the course of treatment
- Assisting the business manager with business development duties

- Relevant practice management and customer service experience is required.
- Basic bookkeeping and/or accounting experience is advantageous.

This position is available for an immediate start.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
