eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 8 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

**What are we looking for?**

Reporting to the Commercial Solutions Director, the Sales Consultant will work alongside the Commercial Solutions Team to introduce new business and improve the customer experience. You will ultimately be responsible for facilitating new customer acquisitions to enable sustainable growth and ensure that our fulfilment centres reach full capacity. In order for this to happen, you will need to capture and scope new customer requirements accurately, mitigate commercial and operational risk, yield mutual gain through unique customer solutions, exceed conversion and profitability targets and optimise the fulfilment experience of Australian retailers that will result in their growth because of our partnership.

**What will you do?**
- Lead the new customer engagement process and manage the customer lifecycle
- Gather accurate information to build and develop solutions for customers through best practice and negotiations
- Work in a team and advocate for successful customer outcomes
- Meet conversion and profitability targets
- Identify and mitigate risk through your firm understanding of contract law

**What skills will you have?**
- Solution sales process experience
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, organised and effectively solve problems with an innovative mindset.
- Confidently build and maintain trustful, meaningful relationships by utilising your advanced interpersonal, communication and commercial skills
- Ability to obtain qualitative and quantitative data to accurately document findings
- Understanding of key cost drivers and rate development
- Operating essential office tools, including Microsoft Office, HubSpot CRM and Google.
- Exposure to eCommerce, Retail, Supply Chain and/or Fulfilment solution creation considered favourably

**Additional requirements**:

- Prepared to undertake any additional training to complement the operation.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
