We are delighted to take this role to market for our client Allcon Group. They service their prestigious clients within the Concrete Construction Industry throughout Australia. They deliver innovative products including hand tools, equipment, and consumables directly to the market. They strive to provide excellent customer service and value for money to their clients. Boasting an engaging and fantastic team culture with modern offices based in Croydon South.
The Role

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Following up on sales leads and creating quotes
- Providing technical advice and guidance to customers and sales support to the on-the-road sales team
- Assisting with offloading stock into the warehouse from time to time (some heavy lifting)

What are we looking for?
- A passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- Someone who is not afraid to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table
- An organised and efficient working manner with proficient Microsoft Suite
- A self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both trade and general public customers
- Prior knowledge in the construction or trade sector is not essential but would be highly advantageous
