We are located on the West Coast of lutruwita/Tasmania, where walking and mountain bike trails are at every almost every corner and beg to be a part of your downtime.
We are seeking a Reservation Coordinator who is responsible for fulfilling the role of a Reservations & Ticketing Assistant.
The Reservations Coordinator will also lead and support the customer focused Reservations and ticketing team.
Key Responsibilities:Fulfill the role of Reservations and TicketingAssist the Business Administrator with leadership of the Reservations and Ticketing TeamEnsure the retail areas at Regatta Point and Queenstown Stations are professionally presented and well stocked.Oversee and administer all aspects of our booking system (Cutomlinc)Ensure the timely departure of trainsAssist the West Coast Wilderness Railway in providing a safe environment for all employees and guestsRequirements: Current Australian Driver's License Previous customer service experience Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or ability to obtain) Clear Police Check Previous administration experience Computer skills (Microsoft Office)Desirable: First Aid (or ability to obtain) Previous supervisory/management experience Certificate III in Tourism/HospitalityOur departure stations are located in Queenstown and Strahan on a rotating roster, so a drivers licence is required and ability to work across Monday to Sunday roster (with two rest days)Staff are required to undergo a National Police Check.
