**Role Overview**: We are seeking a Warehouse Outbound Associate to join our dynamic team in Laverton North. The Warehouse Outbound Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of outbound goods, including online orders and wholesale shipments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack online orders and wholesale shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Generate shipping labels and prepare necessary documentation for international shipments.
- Coordinate with courier partners to arrange timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Assist in the training and support of packing station staff as needed.
- Handle special dispatch requests and liaise with head office for quotations.
- Monitor and resolve any issues with missing or delayed shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the outbound area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software (training provided).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
