About Our Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in Laverton North. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of outbound goods, including online orders and wholesale shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack online orders and wholesale shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate shipping labels and prepare necessary documentation for international shipments.
  • Coordinate with courier partners to arrange timely pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Assist in the training and support of packing station staff as needed.
  • Handle special dispatch requests and liaise with head office for quotations.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues with missing or delayed shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the outbound area.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
