**The Opportunity**

Based in our offices in North Strathfield, we are looking for an experienced Digital & Media lead to join our Marketing team.

Our new Digital & Media Lead will require a sound understanding of D2C, eCom and shopper media, as they will be responsible for leading and overseeing the cross-functional IMC strategy development for major campaigns with cross-functional teams.

In addition, this role also oversees the marketing budget and as such, requires strong finance knowledge, advanced analytical and excel skills in order to be able to facilitate quick senior stakeholder decision making.

**The Accountabilities**
- Work with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones (where relevant), championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down.
- Drive ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right mar-tech, tools and resources.
- Lead ATL agency contract and remuneration model. Facilitate media and agency processes, ensuring smooth deployment, execution and performance tracking. Ensuring that relevant CPM and ROI benchmarks are achieved.
- Lead portfolio media planning, annual brand investment strategy, long-term deals and ensure effective execution of all brand-led paid media activities for TAG through the use of relevant performance trackers, collaboration with the agency and marketing team.
- Define insight and strategy for media in ANZ to enable innovative and exceptional marketing campaign roll-outs.

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Experience in leading a team of 2-3 direct reports
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- 10+ years experience within a similar role
- Proven track record of leading business transformation projects leveraging mar-tech
- Strong financial acumen and Microsoft Excel skills
