We're a fast-growing startup led by healthcare and tech founders with proven success. To support our rapid growth and AI-powered innovation, we are looking for an Infrastructure & DevOps Lead to design, optimize, and secure our cloud-native infrastructure.
About the RoleAs the Infrastructure & DevOps Lead, you'll own the design and management of DappleOS's cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and security frameworks. You'll ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and AI-ready, while driving automation and enabling data-driven insights.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys building robust systems from the ground up, and wants to lead infrastructure strategy in a high-impact SaaS company.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, deployment, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.
Implement scalable infrastructure and applications using cloud native services.
Manage CloudFlare for WAF and security performance optimizations.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
Ensure compliance with security best practices (data protection, identity, monitoring) and manage security vulnerabilities.
Drive AI automation initiatives for infrastructure scaling and monitoring.
Collaborate with engineering to optimize system reliability, performance, and cost.
Integrate data analytics pipelines for monitoring, insights, and predictive scaling.
Establish observability practices: logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Manage the internal IT operations (networking, device management, identity & access, and internal systems).
Mentor engineers on DevOps practices and foster a culture of automation-first.
Key RequirementsTechnical SkillsDevOps Tools: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation)
IT Infrastructure: Device management, identity management (Auth0, SSO, MDM), internal security policies
AI/Automation: Experience applying AI to infrastructure (e.g., automated scaling, anomaly detection, predictive analytics).
Data Analytics: Experience with log aggregation, metrics pipelines, and dashboards (e.g. DataDog, dashboards, metrics).
Experience & Attributes5+ years in DevOps, AppSec, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability roles.
Proven experience managing cloud-native, SaaS infrastructures at scale.
Strong background in security and compliance (ISO, HIPAA, SOC2 preferred).
Ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic leadership.
