Chandler Macleod is the leading provider of temporary contractors to the NSW Government and has partnered with NSW Government Departments and Agencies for more than 25 years.

**The Opportunity**

Chandler Macleod is looking to engage a
**Project Officer** for a contract term of
**4 Months** with a well-established NSW Government department. This role will be based in
**Wollongong/Remote.**

**Job Specification**

In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks:

- Provide support in the management of financial information and control systems, analysis of works program information and reporting.
- Preparation of contract and technical documentation, including work orders, variations and the processing of payments for professional services contracts.
- Utilise procurement systems to support administration of the section, manage accounts and payments, monitor and audit equipment and supplies and manage bookings to procure specialist equipment.
- Provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to the project team, through the preparation of correspondence, including meeting minutes and memoranda, and maintenance of document and files to support the efficient operation of the section.
- Manage office records system by ensuring that all documentation is systematically recorded and filed for retrieval when required and administer "controlled documents".
- Provide prompt and efficient services and respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints to ensure efficient day to day administrative operations and provide quality customer service to the Sections' clients.
- Organise meetings, book meeting venues, catering, sending invitations, preparation of agendas and meeting documentation, record and distribute minutes and follow up on action items.

**About You**

To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience in the following:

- Managing time and prioritising issues given a constant range of issues and competing demands.
- Collaborating with project team members to ensure that information and reporting is current, timely and relevant.
- Working cooperatively and pro-actively with organisations interfacing with the project team and building solid working relationships and partnerships.
