About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Information Management the position will:

- Ensure that the information required to support the organisation is defined, and devises appropriate processes and data architectures including the design and development of organisational data models that meet immediate and future needs. (IRMG Level 6)
- Develop an overall strategy of master and reference data management, within an established information architecture, that supports the development and secure operation of information and digital services. (DATM Level 6)
- Lead the development of data management structures and metadata to support consistency of information retrieval, analysis and interpretation throughout the department. (DATM Level 6)
- Provide expert technical leadership, guidance and coaching to direct reports and other stakeholders on ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with team members, other project teams, stakeholders and client groups to develop and maintain effective working relationships and integrity of the overall service (RLMT Level 6).

It would be highly desirable for the successful applicant to have:

- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) working in an Information/Data Architecture practice.
- Experience in establishing a data capability from the beginning.
