**Description**

**Manager Solution Architecture | **9-month** fixed term contract**

**About the role**
- The Manager Solution Architecture will be responsible for leading and managing a team of solution architects in delivering a portfolio of projects, as well as leading major solution architecture activities. Be responsible for maintaining the solutions architecture practice at RACQ, including standards of specification.
- As a Manager Solution Architecture, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the development of architectures for complex systems that meet the needs of our customers.
- Working with stakeholders to understand their requirements, forward resource demands and ensuring appropriate allocation of solution architects to the portfolio.
- Ensure delivery of solution architectures within projects. This includes managing the target design, policies, and standards. The Manager Solutions Architecture must work proactively to maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensure consistency of design across projects within the program.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to the Solution Architecture team.

**About you**
- Extensive experience in solution architecture with people and line management responsibilities.
- Hands-on with development of solutions architectures across multiple domains
- Experience in leading, guiding and mentoring a team
- Excellent stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Solution Architecture standards and practices, such as TOGAF.
