About this role
- As a leader in architecture services, you will oversee a high performing team in delivering quality outcomes to customers.
- Managing and developing the team will be your key responsibility, focusing on capacity management, coaching, professional growth, and recruitment.
- Working closely with customers across TMR to ensure architecture services are aligned to their needs and equipping them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Ongoing development of a high performing Architecture practice to deliver quality outcomes to TMR and the people of Queensland.
- Experience in managing and leading multi-disciplinary IT teams is essential.
- Proven track record in driving practice improvements within IT environments is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership experience fostering team development and achieving organisational goals is crucial.
- Commitment to delivering value to customers and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field are necessary.
