Bodyfit Physio is a dynamic and growing physiotherapy practice located in the heart of Northcote High Street. Our modern, stylish clinic provides the perfect setting for our vibrant workplace culture, including fortnightly team lunches and monthly social gatherings. We're looking for a self-motivated administrative professional with outstanding communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude to join our team.

You'll play a key role in supporting both our customers and our team throughout the entire journey. This role goes far beyond traditional customer support—it offers a dynamic mix of administrative responsibilities and small-scale projects tailored to your strengths and interests, making each day varied and rewarding.

**Your Essential Skills and Characteristics**:

- Consistently positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent tech skills (you will be required to adopt a wide variety of online software and tools)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
