Our client is seeking a proactive, & switched on, HR professional to join the team. You will gain exposure working for a global organisation within a highly experienced HR team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skillset & understanding of the entire employee life cycle, with a focus on compliance, onboarding, understanding of awards & EBA's.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Coordinate & oversee the employee onboarding & offboarding experience
- Assist with various HR department projects
- Provide administrative support for the HR operations department
- Own the contract generation process
- Provide HR policy & procedural support

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Previous HR Administrative experience with an interest to build a career within HR.
- Qualified with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Prior experience using HRIS systems/ is technologically savvy.
- Must have a strong attention to detail & the ability to prioritise & control the workload.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
