Salary: $32.28 - $37.75 per hour + 25% casual loading - ENC/END
Casual Pool We're seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care to our patients.
In this vital role, you will work alongside our Registered Nurses and Midwives, playing a crucial part in supporting the health and well-being of individuals within our community.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the provision of person-centred care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
Complete routine assessments, procedures, and care tasks within your scope of practice.
Engage with patients, families, and carers to ensure quality care delivery.
Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Educate and guide patients and the wider health care team, including overseeing assistants and students.
Focus on professional development through learning opportunities and maintaining your development portfolio.
Contribute to research and evidence-based practice.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, prioritise tasks, and deliver person-centred care.
Experience: Previous nursing care experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and the role of the Enrolled Nurse.
