ACH Group are seeking Casual Enrolled Nurses to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group's Residential Care Homes, Perry Park in Port Noarlunga and VITA in Daw Park.Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will attend to clinical matters, support Care Workers, and promote residents' independence and decision making to ensure they have a good life.What you'll doYou will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practiceSupport the utmost wellbeing of residentsUndertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventionsMaintain accurate documentationLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residentsAbout YouDemonstrate significant experience as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)Ability to maintain appropriate standards and systems to the highest qualityExcellent attention to detailHigh level of clinical competenceExcellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skillsIntermediate computer skillsYou will needA nursing qualification and current enrolled nurse registration with AHPRAMedication administration competenceA satisfactory police clearance for aged care that is less than 12 months old before commencementTo care about supporting older people to live a Good LifeBenefits and environmentCareer development with in-house upskilling and external learning opportunitiesFriendly and inclusive culture, supporting diversity and employee wellbeingFree on-site flu vaccination programFinancial advice for HESTA members, our preferred superannuation supplierRecognition program acknowledging significant contributionsSalary packaging to maximise your take home payDiscounted Corporate Membership – Health Insurance – BUPAACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation.
