Our small but growing digital company needs a reliable, organised part time Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business.
We are a home based business with a relaxed friendly atmosphere - must love animals
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, with strong digital and phone communication skills.
This job is a subcontract position so your days and hours will be negotiable and an ABN is essential.
On the job training will be provided for our internal systems and procedures but a strong knowledge of Microsoft and Gsuite is highly desirable.
- Answer phones and direct calls as required
- Maintain filing and storage systems in the office
- Greet clients upon arrival and direct them to appropriate spaces
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Light accounting duties - Xero knowledge is preferred but can be trained
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets and CRM
We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
This is an ideal position for those who want to work school hours or around uni schedules.
**Job Type**: Subcontract
**Salary**: From $21.50 per hour
