MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, Building Consultancy, Tax & Asset Services, PPP Advisory, Infrastructure, Facilities Management Advisory and Expert Witness Matters.
Due to continued growth, of our Sydney office, we are currently seeking Bidding Coordinator who has a Good drafting, proofing and editing skills.
This is a busy and fast paced role that will require prioritising requests to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines.Purpose of PositionThe Bidding Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Bidding team in the preparation of tenders and fee proposals.
Reporting to the National Bidding Manager, they must be able to manage priorities and competing deadlinesResponsibilities & DutiesWrite effective, concise and compelling content (bids / proposals / submissions, presentations and source material).
Contribute content to the Knowledge Management platform through development of case studies, CVs, baseline, content and creative elements for pursuits.Write/compile/collate fee proposals/submissions/tenders, ensuring that all required documentation/components are included in a timely manner.Assisting in planning, preparing and project management of publications both internally and externally to maximise brand promotionPreparing fee proposal templates and drafts (including typing, copying, printing, filing/archiving and delivery)Assisting in research on clients for tenders, bids and proposalsSetting up and maintaining corporate CVs, project profiles, photos and capability statementsEnsuring statements and documents are updated and maintained for tenders and proposalsQualities & SkillsTo effectively perform the duties of Bidding Coordinator, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of qualities and skills that are essential to the position, which include:Good drafting, proofing and editing skillsStrong organisational skills and time management capabilities, being able to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlinesExcellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentableA mature attitude, fast learner and proactiveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiativeAdvanced MS Office skillsHaving knowledge of Canva would be desirable.A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.Excellent interpersonal skills, being well-spoken and presentable.Ability to continuously improve processes and outcomes.Comfortable working under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines.What We Offer:An opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive and stimulating work environment.In-house and external learning programs.Engagement with industry functions and client interactions to build networks.Continuous personal and professional development within the company, with a focus on sustainability practices.If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced environment while contributing to sustainable business practices, we would love to hear from you.
