With a head office in Hampton East, Vic, Transcend Managed Services are a consulting, labour hire and managed services specialist, working in manufacturing, construction and distribution industries, with a long-standing client base across Victoria and NSW.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Consultants, Account Managers and Administrators and will accelerate the team's growth while having accountability for the performance, revenue and new business development across temporary and permanent recruitment.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- **People Management -** Responsible for the development of team and fulfilment of targets and KPI's.
- **Sales and Account Management **- Overseeing team sales development and end to end recruitment process management, plus personal new business development.

**Previous Experience and Skills**:

- Proven ability and experience to support, grow and manage a recruitment team.
- Experience in development of new business.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and implement robust business processes.
- Worked in a labour hire or managed services environment in a management role.
