**Digital Marketing Specialist**:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Marketing Team to develop and lead our digital campaigns.

**About the Role**

We're looking for a digital all-rounder to manage the full suite of digital platforms and campaigns. Some of the nuts and bolts of your role will include:

- Developing a digital strategy and executing campaigns across paid and organic digital channels.
- Setting up, managing and optimising campaigns within AdWords Editor and Bing Ads Editor
- Managing retargeting goals.
- Manage and optimise the website for organic traffic optimisation.
- Managing and growing social media presence.
- Proactively developing and evolving our digital efforts and looking for new opportunities in the digital space.

**About You**
- Essential_
- 3+ years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing the strategy and rollout of successful digital campaigns.
- Proven technical experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO Optimisation, Social Media, and Retargeting.
- Experience in managing social media accounts, including through Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience Google Analytics and data analysis.
- A positive and motivated self-starter with confidence in your ability to problem solve.
- Flexible mindset; able to adapt to constant changes in the process.
- Desirable_
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field
- Experience managing internal and external resources and suppliers
- Experience working across the entire Marketing mix combined with strong campaign execution and reporting
- Experience in the Computer support/services industry
