We are seeking an experienced Membership Manager to develop, transform and nurture our biggest cohort seller base. With a focus on our long growth strategy, you'll have the opportunity to build a "Community" of MyDeal sellers through developing a suite of instructional and engaging online resources, social media content, and events, and establish our online community.

**Responsibilities**
- Using internal and external resources and your previous experience, conceptualize, design and produce the MyDeal education and information platform for Community Sellers
- Engage with sellers through webinars, video, in person events, EDM,s and social media content
- Utilise data and analytic tools to identify and implement opportunities for seller revenue growth
- Provide sellers with best practice suggestions to increase sales and product performance
- Using internal reporting, provide sellers with feedback and performance analysis
- Work with Community sellers to collect feedback on their experience and develop processes that assist to improve the seller experience
- Liaise with relevant internal business departments to assist with resolving seller problems
- Manage various projects that impact Community sellers

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience managing a large volume of accounts
- Demonstrated ability to produce empowering and engaging instructional and educational assets
- Experience in e-commerce or the education sector is highly regarded
- An understanding of technical requirements surrounding educational content is highly advantageous
- Ability to nurture and develop internal relationships
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Actively contribute to the MyDeal culture and mission
