Domestic relocation support is provided.

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a large, diverse team to deliver safe, efficient, and accurate goods flow across the DC and CDC operations.
Embed a safety culture into all aspects of the goods flow operation.
Develop and mentor team leaders, coordinators, and co-workers; actively plan succession to create a strong leadership pipeline.
Ensure staff and equipment planning supports goods availability requirements and compliance with IKEA rules, guidelines, SOPs, and relevant laws.
Engage with stakeholders across functions to support business growth and service excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading large teams within a warehousing, logistics or fulfilment environment.
Strong safety-first mindset with a track record of embedding safe practices into culture.
Exceptional people leadership with the ability to coach, inspire, challenge, and develop a high-performing team.
Experience leading from the front while contributing to strategic planning for smooth, well-planned operations.
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
Ability to work calmly under pressure, take ownership of quick decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Resilience, adaptability and a strong sense of accountability.
