Job Title: Central Fulfilment Goods Flow Manager

As a seasoned logistics professional, you will lead a diverse team to deliver efficient and accurate goods flow across the distribution center and central distribution operations.

  • You will be responsible for embedding a safety culture into all aspects of the goods flow operation, ensuring staff and equipment planning supports requirements and compliance with rules, guidelines, and relevant laws.
  • With strong leadership skills, you will engage stakeholders across functions to support business growth and service excellence, developing and mentoring team leaders, coordinators, and co-workers to create a strong leadership pipeline.

About This Role:
  • Lead and inspire a large team to deliver safe and efficient goods flow.
  • Embed a safety-first mindset into the goods flow operation.
  • Develop and mentor team members to create a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure staff and equipment planning supports goods availability requirements and compliance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support business growth and service excellence.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading large teams within a warehousing, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, challenge, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and accountability.
