**The role**

The role of Bell Attendant is a fast-paced, customer service orientated position which will give you invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne's hotel procedures and systems.

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Greet guests and visitors on their arrival and departure from Crown's Hotel.
- Deliver, collect, and store luggage in a timely manner.
- Explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles.
- Uphold Crown's Forbes 5-star service standards through your impeccable customer service and attention to detail.

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Commitment to permanent overnight shifts of 23:00 - 07:00, across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's License (full Manual Driver's License would be advantageous).
- Previous experience in a customer service 5-star environment, with strong communication skills and time management abilities.
