We're looking for a dynamic Principal to join the MacKillop Education Leadership Team and help drive transformative change in the lives of students.In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Deputy Executive Principal and other senior leaders to create and lead an exceptional teaching, learning, and wellbeing environment at your campus.
You'll champion a culture where every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.As Principal, you'll bring our vision and values to life-guided by the Sanctuary Model Commitments-through authentic, values-based leadership that inspires staff, students, and the broader community.If you're ready to lead with heart and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.This is a Full-Time Fixed Term (5-year Principal contract which can revert to a teaching contract at the end) opportunity based in Geelong within our MacKillop Education program.
The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal.
