We are inviting applications for the role of Director, Consulting Banking Advisory
This role leads the growth of Genpact's BCM Consulting practice in Australia by delivering strategic, execution-focused advisory solutions to global clients.
It combines deep consulting, transformation, and operational skills to build long-term value and a high-impact consulting presence.ResponsibilitiesPartner with regional and global clients to deliver strategic Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory servicesLead the design and implementation of Target Operating Models, end-state organizational models, and global process frameworksManage consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and tactical execution to deliver measurable performance improvementsDrive the integration of digital technologies into core BCM solutions to enhance business resilience and continuityDevelop and grow the consulting practice in Australia through business development, team mentorship, and IP creationContribute to the domestic and global strategy of the BCM consulting practice through thought leadership and market developmentOwn client relationships, lead scope discussions, and deliver insight-driven, innovative solutions aligned with client needsEnsure process excellence through diagnostic assessments, process reengineering, organization design, and system implementationRepresent the practice in public forums and drive the creation of thought-leading content and solution frameworksQualifications we seek in you
Minimum QualificationsMBA preferred with years of relevant domain and consulting experiencePrior experience in consulting, solutioning, project management, and client relationship managementGlobal business acumen and strong understanding of industry and marketplace dynamicsAbility to develop creative, practical solutions to complex project and transformation challengesPreferred Qualifications/SkillsExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenStrong presentation and consultative selling capabilitiesInnovative and strategic thinker with strong business judgmentDeep understanding of the BCM spectrum and transformation frameworksExperience in Global Business Services (GBS) and outsourcing advisoryProven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and institutionalize best practicesStrong personal efficiency, decision-making, and stakeholder management skillsWhy join Genpact?
