Director - Consulting Banking Advisory
This role requires a seasoned professional to drive growth and deliver strategic, execution-focused advisory solutions to global clients. Partner with regional and global clients to lead the design and implementation of Target Operating Models, end-state organizational models, and global process frameworks. Manage consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and tactical execution to deliver measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business resilience and continuity through the integration of digital technologies into core Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions.
  • Develop and grow the consulting practice in Australia through business development, team mentorship, and IP creation.
  • Contribute to the domestic and global strategy of the BCM consulting practice through thought leadership and market development.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in consulting, solutioning, project management, and client relationship management.
  • Global business acumen and strong understanding of industry and marketplace dynamics.
  • Able to develop creative, practical solutions to complex project and transformation challenges.
