Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company.

We are currently looking for an Operations Administration Assistant to complement our established Operations Team.
- **Operations Support - Key Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Payroll - Timesheets & Processing
- Internal training processes
- Staff Time & Attendance - Arbitrations & Budget Rosters
- Rosters, Scheduling & Planning
- Administrational Tasks
- Audit Data entry
- New Site implementation
- Assiting Operations Manager
- **Admin Assistant - Skills and Requirements**:_
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
- Confident working with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Good work ethic and willingness to do more than assigned tasks
- **Experience**:_
- Administration: over 5 years
- Microsoft Suite - Intermediate
- Experience in document control, WHS, Quality Assurance would be an advantage but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends
