Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to contribute to a thriving and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or issues promptly
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization, ensuring it meets health and safety standards
  • Assist with staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Handle cash and ensure accurate reporting of sales and transactions
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and alcohol service standards
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
