As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service, supporting the front of house team wherever needed and assisting the Manager with operational tasks.
This is a long term position ideally - as such we are interviewing Australian citizens and permanent residents only.
What we're looking for
Experience (1+ years) in a front of house supervisory/management role within the hospitality industry
Prior experience of leading and motivating a team within a busy venue
Must be available to work on weekends (at least one day)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and staff
Excellent time management and problem solving abilities
A keen interest in food and beverage and a desire to learn more
Commitment to adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
Barista experience (strongly desired)
