Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen.
The ideal candidate will support daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead and develop the team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and staff supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and meeting sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding new hires.
Manage payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Implement strategies to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
Maintain organized inventory and assist in stock management.
Qualifications:
Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong phone etiquette, organizational, and time management skills.
Familiarity with retail sales techniques and cash handling.
Experience in team management, training, and mentoring.
Proficiency in interviewing techniques.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Terms of Employment: Full-time or Part-time
