Casual worker needed to relieve staff on leave with the possibility of permanent part time in the future.
- This role is responsible for helping to manage our front reception, scheduling appointments, billing, supporting our health care staff, along with general administration duties in our busy, multi-disciplinary, private medical practice. Immediate start.

- Experience using BP (Best Practice) software an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the functioning of a medical practice
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills
- Drive and high levels of motivation
- A professional, warm and articulate manner
- Good computer skills
- Flexibility in what days they can work
- To be prepared to cover leave (may be at short notice)
- Team player
- Knowledge of Eftpos machine and its functions
- to be able to speak and write in fluent English.

- Medical Reception: 1 year (preferred)
