As Assistant Spa Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the spa, lead and develop a high-performing team, and help ensure a flawless guest experience.Your Day to DayDay-to-day leadership, team support, and guidanceOpening and closing responsibilitiesStaff onboarding, training, and ongoing developmentHandling guest feedback and service recoverySupporting stock management, rostering, and basic reportingProviding treatmentsAssisting with front-of-house coordination and operational flowAbout YouYou're a confident, service-oriented Senior Therapist ready to step into your leadership role or you are a current Assistant Manager looking for a sea change.
