Zambrero, an exciting and fast-growing Mexican restaurant chain, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Coolangatta, QLD.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and leading a team of passionate staff.What you'll be doingAssist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing teamEnsure excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing hands-on support to the teamOversee inventory management, cash handling, and other administrative dutiesContribute to the implementation of operational and sales strategies to drive store performanceProvide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional developmentServe as the key point of contact in the Store Manager's absenceWhat we're looking forFreshers can also apply if they have the ability to learn quicklyExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive customer experienceStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle operational challengesGood understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and other store operationsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needsLong time commitmentWhat we offerAt Zambrero, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
