This is an entry level role to assist with the management of the finances of the company. This will help ensure smooth financial operations.

As the Junior accounts administrator, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Payroll processing
- Book Keeping
- Prepare and process invoices to ensure accuracy
- Chasing claims
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and manage financial data
- Perform additional accounting-related tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail

- Time management skills
- Relevant accounting education preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $27.17 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
