**Manager Performance Analytics (Ticketed Admissions)**

Australia's largest public museum organisation is seeking a Manager Performance Analytics at Museums Victoria.

Museums Victoria cares for the State scientific and cultural collections, providing visitor access, activities and events at five distinct venues: Melbourne Museum, Immigration Museum, Scienceworks, IMAX Cinema and world heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
The purpose of this position is to lead and provide expert level information, analysis, and advice regarding visitation admissions modelling and performance to executives and senior management to support decision making and the delivery of Museums Victoria objectives.

**Some of the key duties include**:

- Leading and supporting the data and analytics team.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and priorities
- Assuring delivery of timely and accurate data modelling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Contributing to business improvement programs, projects and services.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Advanced statistical and conceptual analysis skills, including extensive experience analysing complex data and trends.
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and organisational skills, including experience mentoring and providing leadership development.
- Highly specialised skills and experience using Excel, Microsoft Power BI and Report Builder (or other similar software).
- Demonstrated ability communicating complex information to a range of stakeholders, supported by a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven aptitude and experience building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, to ensure organisational outcomes are achieved.

**OTHER INFORMATION**

This is a Full Time, ongoing role. The salary on offer is $130,673 pro rata (base of grade) + 11.5% superannuation.
