About the Team

Our retail teams work across three major brands each with its own unique offering and customer base. We understand our customers' needs and enjoy working closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to deliver results.

About the Role

We're looking for an analytical expert to utilise their skills and provide localised insights that support key business initiatives. You will work closely with the Space Performance Manager and be responsible for identifying and evolving current and non-existent processes and team efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, and full-year Range & Space reporting, including KPI tracking and Range & Space performance
  • Help develop Store and Category Clustering and build relevant scorecards/dashboards to share results with the wider business
  • Identify areas of opportunity to trial new concepts through analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Track and communicate progress and status of Range & Space projects
  • Develop and maintain the Macro Space Optimisation Model for multiple retailers
  • Communicate the status and risks with Range Reviews to the business
Requirements and Skills

We're seeking a commercially astute analytical expert with prior experience within a complex retail or FMCG environment.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical and numeracy skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Experience in merchandise/retail is preferred (there is a lot of decision-making relating to product)
  • The ability to work across multiple projects and with various stakeholders across the business
  • Presentation and influencing ability
  • Proficiency in the use of space planning and floor planning tools including JDA, Space Planning, and CKB will be highly advantageous
