**Job Description**:

Hyster-Yale Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and engaged Office and HR Administrator to join the Team at their brand-new Sydney office in Prospect, NSW. This role will provide Administration support in the areas of Office Management and HR.

Core responsibility will include managing office related duties, supporting HR Administration and general business support. Experience with HR will be valuable although not necessary as training will be provided. What is more important is the right attitude and the ability to learn quickly and do what it takes.

The role will suit someone who has:

- Certification in HR &/or Office Management or studying towards their qualifications [preferred]
- Strong commitment to doing what is required to get the job done
- Greater than 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills (Written and verbal)
- Self starter, accuracy and responsiveness
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) including Teams
